Payment Term and Cancellation Policy

Please read this before booking.

Payment Term

A compulsory deposit of NT500-NT1000 (+NT60-NT100 processing fee) is collected upon reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit/debit card or through a PayPal account. The rest of the fees can be paid in cash to the driver at the end of your journey each day.

For credit/debit card or PayPal payment in full amount, there will be a 6% processing fee of the total amount. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the booking departure time.

 

How do I pay with a debit/credit card? How do I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?  

Kindly select the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option during payment and you may proceed with paying with debit or credit card. 

 

Cancellation

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellations. 

However, if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the booking departure time, the deposit may be applied to future trips.
